About
Qiuchi Li is a professor (Tenure-track) at Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT). His research broadly covers areas of machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing (NLP). His core research interests mainly lie in quantum natural language processing (QNLP), an interdisciplanary field that develops quantum theroetical and quantum computing approaches for NLP.
Qiuchi Li received his B.E. at the department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, China in 2015, and Ph.D. at the department of Information Engineering, University of Padua in 2020. In January 2021, he joined the department of computer science, University of Copenhagen (DIKU) as a postdoc researcher, and was promoted to an assistant professor at January 2023. He joined in BIT in September 2025.
